Do not go by the nice photos they use on website as they do not represent the state of the campground. Lots are very small to where you barely fit, if you have a dog good luck having them outside. Pool is green and not useable, clubhouse is closed and probably for good reason. Grass is way overgrown. Majority of lots are filled by full time residents whose Rv’s are majorly run down and most should be removed. It’s pretty scary looking. To be fair they are doing some updates to office and they are redoing the roads which they did not tell us when booking so it was noisy and dusty. Would not recommend staying here, at least until they are done with updates which will probably take a long time, which is too bad as is a nice location with nice views.Posted on Google Sue CavnessTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The only reason I’m giving this park a 2 ⭐️instead of one, is because one of the workers named Kyle was friendly and very helpful. He helped us park and made himself available if needed. Read the past reviews. There hasn’t been any change over the years. There are still MAJOR ruts in the road, filthy bathrooms, poor signage, pool looks like it hasn’t been used in years. The park is very run down. We were very afraid of damaging our RV trying to get out. They are no longer a Passport America park so nightly rate is $55. When we checked in they wanted to charge us $25 for arriving 20 minutes early. We said we’d wait in our truck until the 3:00 check-in time. They said we couldn’t do that. So we asked them directions on how to safely drive out because we weren’t going to pay the $25. They waved the fee. They are attempting to fix the roads by dropping large rocks in the ruts, but they are just way over their heads in what it will take to fix that park up. I’m sure I’ll get the standard reply that the other reviews got. “Sorry your stay wasn’t enjoyable.” “We’ll take these concerns to management.” Blah blah blah. The bottom line is…after reading many of these reviews, the issues remain the same! They need a management team that will listen to the reviews and put a plan in action to fix the ruts and clean up the filth. We won’t be back.Posted on Google Lynne DempseyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nice spot. Quiet and nice and snug in a beautiful mountain side. Sites were somewhat narrow but it wasn't bad. I will warn you that it is up a very very steep hill and has a lot of bumps. It was worth it thoughPosted on Google gianna mcgillTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. There’s never any running water yet we’re expected to pay MORE for lot rent? We constantly have to rely on our fresh water and HOPE they “fix” whatever it is they say they’re “fixing” before we run out of our water supply. We probably have water LESS times in a month than the amount of times it’s off because they’re “fixing” it. Every time i think this park can’t get any worse somehow they top themselves. Oh AND one of their septic tanks is overflowing into their dog park.Posted on Google J BTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We stayed here one night and there was definitely a need for the campground to improve the road situ. If you have a camper that is longer than 60 ft with a tow, I would skip this place. We had a 42 ft class a with a trailer behind us and to be honest we barely made it up the hill. They didn't really have a spot that accommodated us without sticking out on both ends into the road. If you're a short unit, this is great. If you're a long unit, I'd say skip it and go somewhere else. Although the price is reasonable, the road makes it challenging.Posted on Google Tommy WilderTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My first morning, someone called from the office at 7:01AM. She asked me if I wanted to book a stay. I told her I'm already here and she sounded confused. I then asked if she could help let me know where the water on my site was. She didn't know and didn't know how I'd find out. I asked if they had bathrooms or showers here and she said she's not sure and that's a question for the office. I was confused and asked who she was because I thought she was the office. She told me she was someone who worked on behalf of the office, but I'd have to call the office instead. Eventually a maintenance working showed up (I wasn't expecting anyone and had gone back to sleep). They told me my water is on my campsite neighbors site. My hose is 50 feet and unfortunately it was too short and I had to buy a second hose. The location is convenient and the area could be beautiful if it was taken care of.Posted on Google Gianna McgillTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We’ve been staying at this rv park since July and although the pictures are nice it looks nothing like the park. My biggest issue thus far is they stay open year round but absolutely do not have the ability to stay open year round. we’ve stayed closer to Canada before and never once did we not have water but here we wake up almost every morning to our spigot frozen or we get messages telling us to drip our facets which you ARE NOT supposed to do because you ARE NOT supposed to leave your valves open otherwise your hose will freeze and now you can’t drain your tanks… anyone who’s done harsh winters knows that. We have also had our first snow fall and they did nothing to treat the already severely under-maintained roads leaving lots of people with no way to get out of the park or back up to their lot for 3-4 days, some even left their cars where they could, blocking the road, so people found their way around until they sent out a message saying to not do that 😐 okay, so treat your roads and nobody will have to. It’s not asking for allot from a year round park that’s supposed to be year round equipped and it’s disappointing because everything else about the park is extremely nice especially it’s location.Posted on Google FantineTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you expect to camp here like a the pictures show, you will be very disappointed. Pictures of the campground are nice but what we got was a cramped, unlevel and totally unacceptable site in the long stay area. Nothing like the advertising!! Over priced and never going there again!
